When Your Clients Name You: Becoming ‘Talk to a Human Inc.’

Founder of Talk to a Human Inc., Mary Taws (right) speaks to an event attendee at a Seniors Month fair this past June. Clients and new partners already refer to us as “Talk to Human”. This name change makes it official!

Every day, I see older adults use technology to do something meaningful: connect with loved ones, manage their health, or simply feel more confident navigating the digital world.

And when people work with me, they’re not looking for a chatbot or online guides. They’re looking for a human who can sit beside them, listen, and help them use technology in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.

That's why I'm making a small shift that feels completely aligned with the work I do and the way people already know me. We’re officially named Talk to a Human Inc.

It’s already how people refer to our work. It's this website’s URL and our contact email. It's even what ended up on my name tag at a recent business leaders roundtable.

This name reflects what clients value most: a real conversation and a friendly guide who helps them use technology as a tool for the things they want to accomplish.

Here’s to more digital empowerment in this next chapter!
